How to book a room?
To be entitled to the bed booked on the requested date, it is necessary to make a payment equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay. The reservation is considered valid to all intents and purposes on the day of receipt of the deposit or by sending the receipt certifying the payment by e-mail to the address info@ilmaredentrosanvito.it. By making the reservation online, your card information may be requested as a guarantee.
In case of cancellation?
Following any cancellation of the reservation, we will withhold 30% of the total amount, i.e. the entire deposit, as a penalty for cancellation. To be entitled to a refund of the deposit, the notice of cancellation must be sent by e-mail to the address info@ilmaredentrosanvito.it at least 30 days before the arrival date.
In the case of online booking, the conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment vary according to the type of accommodation. Check the room conditions before making an online reservation.
Our guest is not entitled to discounts or refunds of money if he or she decides to bring the day of departure forward.
Upon arrival?
The guest must hand in documents for registration. The balance payment must be made three days before departure. The rooms can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. This regulation is considered to be fully accepted at the time of booking.
CHECK IN and CHECK OUT
Check-In after 14:00 and Check-Out by 10:00. Our kind guests are requested to respect the arrival and departure dates. The room is available to the guest from 2.00 pm and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Luggage storage available at reception.
